'Face Reader' Attracts 8 Million Viewers

"The Face Reader", directed by Han Jae-rim, has attracted over 8 million viewers within just 19 days of its release.

The film drew 1 million spectators in its first three days of hitting cinemas on Sept. 11 and a total of 2.5 million after five days.

Due to its popularity over the recent Chuseok holiday, tickets sales swelled to 4 million in nine days and 6 million in 11 days.

It became the fourth movie this year to draw over 8 million viewers after "Miracle in Cell No.7" "Iron Man 3" and "Snowpiercer".
