'Hit Maker' Ji Hyun-woo's First Stills From KBS2 "Beauty and Mr. Romantic"

Actor Ji Hyun-woo returned to KBS2's weekend drama for the first time in two years, drawing attention, and the first public still was unveiled.

KBS 2TV's new weekend drama "Beauty and Mr. Romantic" to premiere in March, depicts the life reversal of a top actor who falls to the bottom overnight and a first-time drama PD who loves her and wakes her up again. Ji Hyun-woo in the drama plays Go Pil-seung, a feisty first-time drama producer who has a dream of succeeding.

Go Pil-seung is a person who is full of passion for work because he is full of anger and has a strong stomach, putting an iron plate on his face and flattery as needed. He gets intertwined and confused with Park Do-ra (Im Soo-hyang), whom he meets at the drama site where he is in charge.

In the still film released on Wednesday, Ji Hyun-woo has transformed into Go Pil-seung with curly permed hair and casual clothes such as jumpers and jeans. Through this drama, Ji Hyun-woo is reunited with Kim Sa-kyeong, the writer of "The Gentleman and the Lady", who won KBS's acting award.

"Ji Hyun-woo was as expected from the very first shooting. He showed off perfect synchronization with the character, which made everyone impressed", said the crew of "Beauty and Mr. Romantic".

KBS 2TV's new weekend drama "Beauty and Mr. Romantic" is scheduled to premiere in March as a follow-up to "Live Your Own Life".
