'Poetry' Best Film of Year, According to Chicago Tribune

Director Lee Chang-dong's "Poetry", starring actress Yoon Jung-hee, was named as the best film of 2011 by the Chicago Tribune on Sunday (local time). The paper named the 10 best and 10 worst movies of the year, with "Poetry" edging out all other contenders.

"Moneyball", starring Brad Pitt, and "Certified Copy", directed by Abbas Kiarostami, followed. Zack Snyder's "Sucker Punch" was rated as the worst movie of the year.
Film critic Michael Phillips wrote that the best films of the year have powerful plots revolving around convincing characters. He described Lee's latest effort as "heartbreaking".
