Son Oh-gong (Lee Seung-gi) showed his undying love for Jin Seon-mi (Oh Yeon-seo) in the previous episodes. He struggled to protect Jin Seon-mi even by supporting Kang Dae-sung (Song Jong-ho) as king.
Stills from the next episode show Lee Seung-gi swinging around his sword in a valley where the dragon is called out. He walks daringly towards his opponent with blood on his face and eyes full of anger.
The sword he's holding seems to be the sword of Samjang, Seon-mi's mystical side, which he'd locked up in the pillar.
Meanwhile, "A Korean Odyssey" only has two more episodes to go.
