Actor Park Bo-gum Begins Mandatory Military Service

Actor Park Bo-gum began his mandatory military service on Monday.

Park quietly entered a Navy boot camp in Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province without any farewell events to abide by social distancing guidelines.

Before his enlistment, he finished shooting a TV series, which is slated for airing on cable channel tvN next week.

"Record of Youth" is a story about three ambitious youngsters who strive for success. The first episode will be aired on Sept. 7.
