Actor So Ji-sub on Monday donated W100 million to a charity to help children in need (US$1=W1,131).

The money will be used to help children from low-income families and provide counseling for victims of child abuse.
"I'm glad to contribute to something worthwhile with the money, which was raised at fan meets in several Asian countries held to celebrate the 20th anniversary of my debut", the actor said.
"I've received an enormous amount of love and support from fans throughout my career. I wanted to share that by doing something good together with them".
