Actor So Ji-sub Donates to Help Elderly Ahead of Chuseok

Actor So Ji-sub has donated W100 million to help people in need ahead of Chuseok, or Korean Thanksgiving, global charity Good Neighbors said on Monday (US$1=W1,163).

The donation will be used to provide food, coronavirus hygiene kits and cold weather supplies for elderly people who live alone.

Early this year, So donated W350 million to the charity to help underprivileged people suffering from the coronavirus epidemic.

The actor has supported Good Neighbors projects since 2006.
