Lee has supported the charity's efforts to help women and children in need since 2015.
Lee promised to contribute part of her pay to the beauty show "Get it Beauty" when she left the show last November after hosting it for three years.
Thousands of Rohingya people who fled a military crackdown in Myanmar are sheltering across the border in Bangladesh. Women and children in particular lack access to sanitary facilities and are vulnerable to sexual assault at night, as the shelters lack power.
Oxfam plans to use Lee's donation to install lighting.
