The apparel division of Tongyang Group paid Lee W450 million for a one-year contract in 2012.
The judge said Lee was using the narcotic while her contract was in effect, which made it impossible for her to appear in ads.
The contract stipulated that she must not break the law or commit any acts that cause social problems or harm the brand's image.
Tongyang sued her in early 2013 after Lee was nabbed for abusing the anesthetic.
