Julian died as he was murdered by his creditor in front of Min. Min died because she did not go for treatment after Julian died as she has only 6 months of life left anyway. They meet again in heaven.

Julian did not die! And Min's operation went well, that's why Min warned Julian not to lie again becoz she can tell if its lie just by the sound of Julian's voice. And they embrace each other in the end of the movie.

julian died at the end and also the blind girl.she died because her operation did not go well.at the end they both met.it's just a dead dream.
