Ahn Hee-yeon to Star in Disney Plus "Call It Love"

Singer and actress Ahn Hee-yeon will join Disney Plus' new original "Call It Love".

On the 16th, her agency Sublime said, "An Hee-yeon was cast in "Call It Love".

"Call It Love" is a drama about the romance between Woo-joo, a woman who jumps into revenge that does not fit her constitution, and Dong-jin, a man who is insanely sad to be the target of revenge, and actors Lee Sung-kyung and Kim Young-kwang were cast as the main characters.

Ahn Hee-yeon plays Min-yeong, the ex-girlfriend of Dong-jin in the drama. Min-yeong is a character who struggles to undo her old love, and Ahn Hee-yeon will delicately express the character Min-yeong with inner wounds.

Ahn Hee-yeon, who debuted as girl group EXID in 2012 and has been working as Hani, has recently changed her name to her real name and is focusing on acting. Ahn Hee-yeon has appeared in dramas such as "How To Be Thirty", "You Raise Me Up", "IDOL: The Coup", and "Young Adult Matters", and recently drew attention for playing Son Hee-jae in Coupang Play's original "Hit the Spot".
