Bae Min-hee to Join "i Shopping" With DEX

Actress Bae Min-hee will appear in the new drama "i Shopping".

According to the broadcasting industry on Thursday, Bae Min-hee will appear in "i Shopping". Bae Min-hee is the mother of So-mi, played by actress Lee Naeun.

"i Shopping" is an action thriller based on a webtoon of the same name that depicts the survival and revenge of children abandoned by foster parents. Actors Yum Jung-ah, DEX, Won Jin-ah, and Lee Naeun have already confirmed their roles. Director Oh Ki-hwan, who directed the movie "Last Present" and the original Kakao TV movie "How To Be Thirty", will be directing but schedule has not been decided yet.

Bae Min-hee debuted as KBS's 19th super talent in 1998 and impressed viewers in some works such as "Love Of the Jujube Tree", "Toji, the Land", "Don't Ask About the Past", "He Who Can't Marry", "Don't Hesitate", "Ghost - Drama", "The Great Seer", "Endless Love" and "Switch - Change The World". The appearance of "i Shopping" raises viewers' expectations as it is her first return to drama in about six years since "Switch - Change The World" in 2018.
