Previously, she starred in the Netflix drama "Doona!". "Doona!" is a romantic drama about a former K-Pop idol named Doo-na (Bae Suzy) meeting a n ordinary university student Lee Won-joon (Yang Se-jong) as a house mate.

It is based on the original webtoon of the same name written by Min Song-ah and Bae Suzy played the main character Lee Doo-na.

Bae Suzy, alongside Yang Se-jong, Park Se-wan, Ha Young, and Kim Do-wan starred in it and "Doona!" was released as a 9-part drama.

"Doona!" was released on Netflix in October.
