Baek's agency on Dec. 25 announced that Baek, who has attracted a lot of attention for her unconventional jacket photos, will show a pure style with no make-up in the cover photo for the comeback album.
In the released photo, Baek was showing off her pure beauty with no make-up on her face, which is entirely different from her previous sexy style, and gazing at a remote place lonely as if she was in deep contemplation, creating a mysterious atmosphere.
The photo, which was taken by photo artist Cho Son-hee, heralds the image of 'frank music' in line with Baek's personality with no accesssories except for a necklace, and not even covering an injection scar on her body.
Fans are looking forward to seeing Baek's new album as it was made in collaboration with pianist Yiruma. The song "I don't like" on the album, in particular, was known to be a beautiful ballad song based on Yiruma's unique sensitivity combined with Baek's sadness.
Baek's new album will be announced on Jan. 3. The teaser video image of "I don't like" will be released on Dec.28.
