BBQ's New Model, Byun Yo-han

The chicken franchise Genesis BBQ Group announced on the 4th that it has selected actor Byun Yo-han (photo) as its new brand model.

A BBQ official said, "Byun Yo-han's friendly and honest charm goes well with BBQ, which has been loved for a long time for delivering delicious chicken to consumers", adding, "Byun Yo-han's deep acting skills through his work are expected to effectively show BBQ's identity, which will mark its 30th anniversary next year".

BBQ plans to engage in various marketing activities, including brand advertising, with Byun Yo-han.

Byun Yo-han is an actor who is famous for his charming acting. His unadorned natural appearance has been shown on social media, drawing keen attention from fans. He is also seen as a boyfriend-material among MZ fans as he looks like a neighborhood brother and a younger brother next door.

He has appeared in dramas such as "Misaeng: Incomplete Life", "Six Flying Dragons" and "Mr. Sunshine". and this year, he performed enthusiastically through the Disney+ original series "Uncle Sam-sik", the movie "Following" and the drama "Black Out".

BBQ used actress Kim Yoo-jung as its brand model for a year from June 2022.
