BIBI as Goo Ja-yeong in "The Fiery Priest - Season 2"

Actress BIBI turns into Goo Ja-yeong, a detective of the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency's drug investigation unit, in SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama "The Fiery Priest - Season 2", drawing attention to her unique strong character.

"The Fiery Priest - Season 2" is a collaborative investigative drama in which Kim Hae-il (Kim Nam-gil), a bride with an anger control disorder who acts as a priest during the day and the boss of the Angel Clan at night, goes to Busan against a drug cartel.

In the drama, BIBI will play the role of Goo Ja-yeong, a detective of the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency's drug investigation unit. She will portray a completely different character with a comical and easygoing charm. Goo Ja-yeong is relentless when suppressing criminals and shows off her charm like sandpaper through her feisty personality when solving a case without a filter. Nevertheless, she added a silly charm to her daily life, signaling her double charm.

BIBI said, "As a fan of "The Fiery Priest" season 1, I'm happy to join this season", adding, "My late grandmother always enjoyed Season 1 and said, "I want you to see BIBI on TV", which is more meaningful".

She also recalled that she was nervous at the time of her first filming in Busan, but she was able to adapt quickly, adding, "I am working happily thanks to the comfortable atmosphere of the filming site".

Meanwhile, Park Jae-beom and Park Bo-ram are back together following "The Fiery Priest" season 1. Sung Joon, Seo Hyun-woo, and BIBI will join the cast to show a fresh combination.

SBS "The Fiery Priest - Season 2" will premiere at 10 PM on November 8th.
