Big Bang's TOP (Choi Seung-hyun) is serving his duty as a public service worker.

He was spotted recycling trash at the Yongsan District Office with a mask to cover his face.

TOP was admitted as a conscripted policeman in February last year, but was deprived of this when he was questioned for marijuana. He then started his duty as a public service worker at Yongsan in January this year.
