[ChanMi's star news] Rain purchases a 10,000,000,000 Won building for his new company

The world star, Rain has become the owner of a 10,000,000,000 Won ($7,000,000) worth building recently.

The building is in Kangnam part of Seoul where it is known to be the luxurious part of town. It has a basement as well as a second floor.

The building was supposed to cost 1/2 more, however, because of his fame he could purchase it cheaper. Although the building is not big, the position of it in the city is great. It is in a good neighborhood and with Rain's company there, it will higher the property values.

Fun fact is that Rain's old company, JYP Entertainment is only 20m distance from Rain's.

Right now, on the first floor, there is a flower shop and Rain's father runs the Rainy Entertainment office. The J Tune entertainment which is in partnership with Rain has not moved into this building yet. It is unknown what the building will be used for exactly.

Actor and singer Rain is currently active in his new album "Rainism" and will be releasing his Asia Album.
