Movie, "Blades of Blood" with Hwang Jung-min has received a lot of good ratings for his acting as the blind swordsman character!

Hwang Jung-min in the film looks disheveled yet has crafty jokes and insightful perceptions with great martial skills! He is the legendary blind swordsman!

He travels with Lee Mong-hak acted by Cha Seung-won and strives to prevent rebellions by revealing the hidden sword in his cane. He is the first blind fighter ever in Korean film.

It's hard to act as a blind man as well as a warrior but Hwang did it. Hwang learned this by going to a blind peoples' school and have learned every hand movement and muscle in the face of bilnd peoples. He spent 2 and 3 times more for martial arts scenes.

He also lived with his eyes closed to get used to his role.

This movie will be released on April 29th.
