tvN's "Captivating the King" starring actor Cho Seong-ha, is a drama about the brutal fate of Yi In (Cho Jung-seok), a low-key king, and Kang Hee-soo (Shin Se-kyung), who dreams of revenge on him but falls in love with him instead. Earlier, actors Cho Jung-seok, Shin Se-kyung, Lee Sin-young, and Park Ye-young drew keen attention by delivering news of their appearances.

Cho Seong-ha plays the role of the Minister of War Kim Jong-bae. Kim Jong-bae is an orbi of the late former Kim family, and although he is a maternal relative, he is a person who is close to loyalty when it comes to thinking about the country and the people. He will take the center stage of the drama with Cho Seong-ha's unique serious charisma and add weight to the drama.

Veteran actor Cho Seong-ha's performance in "Captivating the King" which was considered a promising work in 2024, is adding to expectations. In particular, expectations are rising as he has proved a wide spectrum of acting by perfectly digesting various characters from villains to loyalists through JTBC's "Agency" and tvN's "Our Blooming Youth" this year.

Meanwhile, tvN's "Captivating the King" starring Cho Seong-ha is scheduled to air in January 2024.
