Actor Choi Hee-jin-I will star in MBC's new drama "Motel California".

On the 29th, her agency, People Entertainment, said, "Choi Hee-jin-I will appear as Yoon Nan-woo in MBC's new drama "Motel California"".

"Motel California", starring Choi Hee-jin-I, is a remodeled romance drama that the female protagonist, who was born in a motel in the countryside and grew up in a motel, goes through when she reunites with her first love in her hometown, where she fled from 12 years ago. Earlier, Lee Se-young and Na In-woo confirmed their appearances as Ji Kang-hee and Cheon Yeon-soo, respectively.

In the drama, Choi Hee-jin-I plays Yoon Nan-woo, who became a veterinarian with a sincere love and care for animals. Yoon Nan-woo works as a veterinarian with college senior Yeon-soo (Na In-woo), and will show her extraordinary presence as a person who unintentionally becomes involved in a scandal.

In the meantime, Choi Hee-jin-I has steadily built up her filmography through various works such as Disney+ original series "The Impossible Heir", dramas "Strong Girl Nam-soon", "Behind your Touch", movies "The Girl on a Bulldozer", "Good Deal" and "Next Door".
