Clara filed claim to rescind contract against her agency for causing sexual shame

Clara filed a claim to rescind the contract with her agency, P.. On January 14^th, she said she had felt sexual shame due to the language and behavior by the CEO of her agency.

Clara had made an exclusive contract with the agency in June of last year until 2018. Clara claimed the CEO of her agency, Lee, caused her to feel sexual shame; she had notified the agency to cancel the contract in September. The claim made now is to confirm the contract is void.

Clara said through the claim, "The CEO of agency, Lee sent several text messages to her saying 'I'm married but I do not have a girlfriend. You are different and make my heart beat unlike other entertainers'. He also suggested having a talk over drinks together".

Clara also claimed the CEO, who misunderstood her co-worker, Kim as her boyfriend, sent her another text message saying, "If you get married, you will become unhappy". She said "The words and behaviors by LEE, who is over 60 years old, made her feel sexual shame and he also fired her manager and the co-worker without any discussion". She had once notified the rescission of the contract to the agency and filed the claim this time.

Sources by the agency, P. disputed saying, "The party on Clara's side cut off all the context in between and defamed the CEO. Since we laid a complaint against Clara and her father, Lee Seung-kyu, the truth will be revealed soon".
