Filmmakers Announce Project to Promote Korea

Five of Korea's best-known directors held a press conference for the so-called "Films Meet Korea" project in downtown Seoul on Wednesday.

Under the project sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Arirang TV, the directors made films set in beautiful locations in five cities; Seoul, Busan, Chuncheon, Incheon and Jeju.

One of the films, "Lost and Found - 2010", was shown at this year's Pusan International Film Festival.

The movies will be released in Korea in the first half of next year and will also be broadcast in more than 180 countries through Arirang TV.
