Funeral of the Late Park Dong-bin Held in Solemnity

Actor the late Park Dong-bin (birth name Park Jong-moon) has passed away at the age of 56.

His funeral procession was solemnly held on the morning of the 1st at the Domin Funeral Hall in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province.
On this day, his wife, Lee Sang-i, broke down in tears in front of the hearse, crying, deepening the sorrow of those present.
His final resting place will be prepared at Woosung Memorial Park Cemetery, following a stop at Yongin Peace Forest.
According to the Pyeongtaek Police Station in Gyeonggi Province on April 30th, Park Dong-bin was found dead by an acquaintance at around 4:25 PM on the 29th at a restaurant inside a commercial building in Jangan-dong, Pyeongtaek. The location was reportedly a place he had recently been preparing to open.
Police investigations found no signs of foul play or criminal involvement.
The late actor first gained recognition through the 1998 film "Shiri", and later appeared in films such as "Volcano High" and "Taegukgi", as well as dramas including "Immortal Admiral Yi Sun-shin", and "Sungkyunkwan Scandal".
He was especially remembered for a scene in the 2012 MBC drama "It Was Love", in which he spat out orange juice, a moment that went viral online and earned him the nickname 'the juice guy'.
In February 2020, he married actress Lee Sang-i, who is 12 years his junior. The couple welcomed a daughter, Ji-yoo, in January 2023. They previously received widespread support after sharing that their daughter had been diagnosed with a congenital complex heart condition.
