Gangnam 'big hands' Jun Ji-hyun purchases 30 billion won building

Actress Jun Ji-hyun bought land and a building worth 32.5 billion won in Samsung-dong.

This area is a 7 minute walk from Bongeunsa Station Line 9 and right across from COEX and Intercontinental Hotel.

According to Sport Chosun, Jun Ji-hyun bought this real estate in her name last month on the 17th.

Therefore she's the owner of a three-story building which is about 628.2㎡ big.

Jeon is a known woman of owned property; she bought the Hyundai building in Samsung-dong in June of 2014 at 7.5 billion won and another two-story housing building at 4.4 billion won. She also owns the building she lives in which makes it three buildings in Samsung-dong alone.

She also has a 5 story building in Nonhyun which cost 8.6 billion won, a 2 story building in Ichon-dong that cost 5.8 billion won and a villa in Daechi-dong which cost 3 billion won. She has about 70 billion won in real estate.

Meanwhile, Jun Ji-hyun got married to the only grandchild of famous Hanbok designer Lee Yeong-hee in April of 2012 and had a son four years later.
