Gong Yoo to Make Special Appearance in "Squid Game"

Actor Gong Yoo will me making a special appearance in "Squid Game", a Netflix Originals.

This was possible due to his friendship with producer Hwang Dong-hyuk who also produced the movie "Silenced".

"Squid Game" tells the story of people who participated in a mysterious survival game with a cash prize of 45.6 billion won. The title was taken from a children's alley game, where attackers and defenders confront each other on a circle, triangle and square drawing that forms a squid.

The film is produced by Hwang Dong-hyuk starring Lee Jung-jae, Park Hae-soo and others. Anticipation increases as Gong Yoo decides to join in the harmony.

Meanwhile, Gong Yoo last starred in the film "KIM Jiyoung: Born 1982" which came out in October last year. He's currently looking forward to the release of "SEOBOK".
