Ha Jung-woo to Return to Drama for the First Time in 19 Years

Actor Ha Jung-woo is returning with a drama for the first time in 19 years.

The new tvN drama "The Landlord" is scheduled to be broadcast in the first half of 2026, and it tells the story of a debt-ridden building owner who is caught up in crime to protect his family and building.

Ha Jung-woo will play the role of Ki Soo-jong who buys a building with everything he has. Lim Soo-jung expresses the emotional flow in detail as Kim Seon, wife of Ki Soo-jong.

Kim Jun-han plays Min Hwal-seong, a friend of Ki Soo-jong, and Jung Soo-jung plays Jeon I-kyeong, the wife of Min Hwal-seong and daughter of a great real estate owner. Shim Eun-kyung is Yo-na, a practitioner at Real Capital, a financial company that pressures Ki-jong, raising tension in the drama.

Yim Pil-sung, the director of the movie "Persona", will direct, and novelist Oh Han-ki will be writing his first drama. "The Landlord" will begin filming in July.
