Actor Ha Seok-jin is considering "The Penthouse".

"The Penthouse" is a story about a woman's desire, motherhood, and real estate success towards the entrance of high society. Ha Seok-jin was offered the role of Logan Lee, the only son of James Lee, a Korean-American success story and a wealthy American real estate owner.
"The Penthouse" is written by Kim Soon-ok and directed by Joo Dong-min, who reunite once again after "The Last Empress".
Other cast members currently attached in various stages of confirmation are Lee Ji-ah, Eugene, Kim So-yeon, Bong Tae-gyu and Shin Sung-rok.
