KBS 1TV's daily drama "Su-ji and U-ri" is a romance between a fallen star doctor named Jin Soo-ji (Ham Eun-jung) and a rookie doctor named Chae Woo-ri (Baek Sung-hyun). Soo-ji is a psychiatrist and is considered one of the most sought-after broadcasters. She is a perfectionist who sees the end of everything once she starts. Woo-ri is talented, humorous, and full of a sense of justice. Patient understanding and trust are his top priority. As Soo-ji, a natural enemy, plunges amid various scandals, he wants to make her stand up again.

Oh Hyun-kyung is Woo-ri's mom, Oh Seon-yeong. She runs a Korean restaurant. Her life changes after getting into a car accident 27 years ago. Kang Byul plays the younger sister of Soo-ji, Jin Na-yeong. She fails to pass the announcer test and works as a temporary reporter. She gets jealous and angry at her sister who is on a roll and does something dangerous. Shin Jung-yoon will play Han Hyeon-seong, head of the management planning division at Haedul Hospital. He was a couple on campus ten years ago with Soo-ji but returned home after studying abroad. He does his best to protect Soo-ji.

Director Park Gi-hyeon of "Vengeance of the Bride" (2022-2023) and writer Nam Sun-hye of "Amor Fati" (2021) are in charge and the drama will air for the first time next month.
