Yeon's feature debut "King of Pigs" was a disturbing and violent look at schoolyard bullying and masculine madness. It was a gritty piece of animation that quickly made the rounds on the festival circuits and flagged Yeon as a unique, if not pessimistic, filmmaker with mind for mayhem and human tragedy.
