While overshadowed by the commanding performance of "Parasite" on its opening day, "0.0MHz" is creating its own niche as the first domestic South Korean horror film of the year. The movie is based off of a webtoon of the same title.

The title of the movie refers to how the main characters are trying to prove the existence of ghosts by studying radio frequencies. The comic is highly regarded for its frightening imagery, and horror comic fans are naturally curious as to how well the film version will interpret the hair-raising scenes of the original product.
The film is also the debut leading role in a film for Jung Eun-ji of Apink and Lee Sung-yeol of Infinite. They and the other cast members of "0.0MHz" are scheduled to do stage greetings to spectators of the movie throughout the weekend.
