[HanCinema's News] Cha Tae-hyun and Son Hyun-joo Confirmed for "The Killer: A Girl Who Deserves to Die"

On July 4th at a press conference for "The Killer: A Girl Who Deserves To Die" in Seoul, lead actor Jang Hyuk confirmed that he was responsible for the special appearances of Cha Tae-hyun and Son Hyun-joo in the action film, which had not been previously announced. Jang Hyuk stated that he knew Cha Tae-hyun from their work together on variety shows, and was somewhat more vague about Son Hyun-joo, although he did describe the older man as a brother.

"The Killer: A Girl Who Deserves To Die" is the third such action film from Jang Hyuk, with the actor having previously appeared in "The Swordsman" in 2020 and "Paid in Blood" in 2021. His most recent television drama was "Bloody Heart" which ended its run on June 21st with ratings of 8.9%. "The Killer: A Girl Who Deserves To Die" will be released in South Korea and the United States simultaneously on July 13th.
