[HanCinema's News] Choi Hyun-wook Appears in FILA Photoshoot

On April 19th new photos of Choi Hyun-wook were released from his latest photoshoot with the sportswear brand FILA. The actor had become a person of interest to advertisers in part thanks to his recent appearance as the second lead on "Twenty Five Twenty One" where he played a high school aged fashionista. In an interview associated with the photoshoot, Choi Hyun-wook mentioned how far more people recognize him now than in the past. Sometimes restaurants even give him bonus appetizers.

Much of the interest in Choi Hyun-wook stems from the strong chemistry he has with Kim Ji-yeon who plays his love interest, a champion fencer. Describing Kim Ji-yeon as an older sister, Choi Hyun-wook said that her acting was lovely and credited her with that romance coming out so well. Kim Ji-yeon is seven years older than Choi Hyun-wook and has a pre-existing career as an idol, while Choi Hyun-wook is still a rookie actor at the age of twenty. "Twenty Five Twenty One" ended on April 3rd with ratings of 11.5%.
