[HanCinema's News] "Doctor Cha" leads South Korean dramas on Netflix

According to figures recently released by Netflix, "Doctor Cha" is the sixth most popular non-English serial drama on Netflix worldwide, earning 15.68 million viewed hours worldwide in its second week on the streaming platform. This is a slight increase from its premiere week of 11.28 million viewed hours. With new episodes coming out weekly, the medical romance is in a strong position to build further momentum in the weeks ahead.

"Queenmaker" was in seventh place on the Netflix charts with 12.66 million viewed hours in its fourth week. While "Queenmaker" now has over a hundred million viewed hours overall, the dropoff for the political drama has been steep, and it seems unlikely to recover. "The Good Bad Mother" also saw its Netflix premiere in its first week. The sentimental healing drama had 9.17 million viewed hours in ninth place. These figures represent the period from May 1st to May 7th.
