According to Coupang Play, "Family Matters - Drama" has had the best start ever for a series on the streaming platform. The story deals with a fake family consisting of people with special powers who use these abilities to wreck havoc on criminals. "Family Matters - Drama" had the best ever first week ratings for any Coupang Play exclusive series. However, it also had the best ever popularity ratings overall on the platform, including for non Coupang Play exclusive series.

"Family Matters - Drama" also had the best ever completion rate for any drama in its first week. Which is to say, that when subscribers clicked on "Family Matters - Drama" they were more likely to watch all the way to the end of every available episode than they were for other series. "Family Matters - Drama" premiered on Coupang Play on November 29th, with a new episode coming every Friday night at 8:00 PM Korean Standard Time.
