[HanCinema's News] "Gyeongseong Creature" ascends to second place in worldwide Netflix leaderboard

The historical horror series "Gyeongseong Creature" is quickly picking up international interest on Netflix. According to new data from FlixPatrol, "Gyeongseong Creature" is now the second most popular program on the streaming platform worldwide. "Gyeongseong Creature" is currently the number one Netflix show in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Kuwait, Oman, Pakistan, the Philippines, Réunion, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

"Gyeongseong Creature" appears in seventy-seven Netflix top ten charts overall. The creature feature comes from director Jeong Dong-yoon of "Stove League" and screenwriter Kang Eun-kyeong of the "Dr. Romantic" series, although the content of this drama differs significantly from those other two. The first part of "Gyeongseong Creature" premiered on Netflix worldwide on December 22nd, with this data reflecting December 23rd. The second part will come out on January 4th.
