According to figures released by the Korean Film Council, "Heartsping : Teenieping of Love" cracked the 900,000 viewer mark on September 7th at 9:25 AM. The animated film had been available for thirty-two days. "Heartsping : Teenieping of Love" is now fourth on the all-time list for domestic South Korean animation. First place is "Leafie, A Hen Into The Wild" with 2,204,870 admissions, while second place is "Speckles: The Tarbosaurus" with 1,051,070 admissions.

Third place is "Pororo, The Racing Adventure" with 931,952 admissions, which "Heartsping : Teenieping of Love" may yet overtake. The animated film has shown surprising resilience at the South Korean box office, and was fourth place overall last weekend. Children are the target audience for the film, but reviews among parents have been positive enough to bolster its reputation. "Heartsping : Teenieping of Love" is a prequel to an animated television show Sweet Catch! Teenieping.
