[HanCinema's News] Heo Joon-seok of "Extreme Job" Joins Cast of "Intruder"

Heo Joon-seok is undergoing a major role reversal. In "Extreme Job", he had a bit role as the business-oriented nerd who persuades the hapless leads to franchise their fake fried chicken restaurant for malicious purposes.

Now, he will play a cop of unknown involvement in the central mystery of "Intruder". Here, the question at hand will be what happened to the title characeter during her twenty five year disappearance. Song Ji-hyo will star in that title role.
Also of interest if writer/director Sohn Won-pyung. In addition to being a novelist, Sohn Won-pyung made her public debut as a film critic for Cine21 back in 2001. She has also studied at the Korean Film Academy, where she directed some short independent films.
Sohn Won-pyung has received awards for these short films at the Mise-en-scene Short Film Festival and the Seoul Women's Film Festival. Heo Joon-seok, to his credit, has also received recognition in these circles, having appeared in lauded short films at both Indie Forum and the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival.
