In the United States, "Cobweb" will be distributed by Samuel Goldwyn Films. In recent years they have been known for releasing artistically inclined international films in the American market such as The Man Who Sold His Skin from Tunisia and Lunana: A Yak in the Classroom from Bhutan. Most notably, they distributed the Academy Award winning film Another Round, which was originally released in Scandinavia back in 2020.
Other confirmed distributors include The Jokers Films in France, which also distributed "Parasite" in that region. MovieCloud will distribute "Cobweb" in Taiwan, and Umbrella Entertainment will distribute "Cobweb" in Australia and New Zealand. "Cobweb" made its international presence felt at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year. It will be released in South Korean theaters this coming September 27th.
