The placard thanks the Ji Chang Wook International team, in English, for a 1.2 million won donation. This amount is approximately equivalent to ten thousand dollars. The donation was made to commemorate Ji Chang-wook's twelve year debut. The actor's first screen credit was in the omnibus film "Sleeping Beauty" which premiered on October 23rd 2008.

The Ji Chang Wook International Team makes a habit of collecting donations in Ji Chang-wook's name pursuant to milestone events in his life. They also made a donation back in July to commemorate his 33rd birthday. The reason why the Miral Welfare Foundation was the recipient of this particular act of charity was because Ji Chang-wook had participated in their 'How You See Me' (sic) campaign for disabled persons back in April.
A representative from the Miral Welfare Foundation stated that the funds would be used to purchase sustainable health products for disabled children. The Miral Welfare Foundation's mission in regards to disabled persons dates back to 1993. As for Ji Chang-wook, he will star in the upcoming drama "Lovestruck in the City" in November on Kakao TV.
