The ongoing U+ Mobile TV drama "Tarot" recently confirmed that actor Jo Hyun-jae would be appearing in the omnibus horror series. The news isn't exactly a surprise- Jo Hyun-jae already appears on the cast list for "Tarot - The Movie" which is simply an alternate version of "Tarot" in a feature length format. In both versions of "Tarot" Jo Hyun-jae plays the policeman Hyeok-min, who in the fifth story, Going Home, becomes involved in a taxi ride gone wrong.

The villainous role is a departure for Jo Hyun-jae who's better known for his more romantic appearance. Most recently, he appeared as a playboy in "Chicken Nugget" on Netflix. which had been his first screen role of any kind since the independent film "Paper Flower" from 2019. The press release suggests that Jo Hyun-jae's agency UL Entertainment is aggressive about getting his name out for more work. Going Home will premiere on U+ Mobile TV on July 29th.
