[HanCinema's News] Jo Min-soo Returns in "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" as her Own Twin

Actress Jo Min-soo was a major presence in "The Witch : Part 1. The Subversion" back in 2018, where she played Doctor Baek in charge of a sinister program designed to turn children into psychokientically powered witches. While long part of the confirmed cast for "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" it has not been clear what role Jo Min-soo may be taking, as her character died in the first movie. But it is now confirmed that Jo Min-soo will play Overseer Baek- the twin sister of her previous character.

Purportedly Overseer Baek has a very different personality than her elder twin sister, being a calmer character with an artistic side- but sharing ominous interests. Jo Min-soo will also play Doctor Baek in some flashback scenes. Jo Min-soo has promised that beyond haircut, wardrobe, and eye color, her character will be quite different, and Jo Min-soo had many consultations with director Park Hoon-jung as to how. "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" will be released in South Korean theaters on June 15th.
