These actions stem from a video Jung Hyung-don posted to his YouTube channel this past February 19th, which showed him operating his mobile phone while driving a car. When commenters to the video complained of the illegal nature of these actions, Jung Hyung-don wrote an apology in a pinned reply and promised to report himself to authorities. Jung Hyung-don also took down the video and put up a new one on February 23rd with subtitles clearly identifying the scene where he broke the law.
Jung Hyung-don has pledged to be more mindful of his behavior in the future. Jung Hyung-don is best known in South Korean entertainment for his work in variety shows. His last credited acting role was as a cameo appearance in the MBC every1 drama "Please Don't Date Him" from 2021.
