[HanCinema's News] Jung Woo-sung Wins Best Actor at Korea Gold Awards Film Festival

On July 25th the 39th Korea Gold Awards Film Festival was held at the Millennium Hilton Hotel in Seoul. Jung Woo-sung came away with the grand acting prize for his role in "Innocent Witness". "The Spy Gone North" won for best film.

It was a big night for "Innocent Witness" in general, as it also won awards for Best Director, Lee Han, and Best Actress, Kim Hyang-gi. The Best New Actor award went to Sung Yoo-bin of "Last Child". The Best New Actress award went to both Park Hye-soo of "Swing Kids" and Lee Jae-in of "Svaha: The Fifth Finger".
The Korea Gold Awards Film Festival is hosted by the Korean Society of Cinamtographers. The ceremony was established back in 1977.
