By William Schwartz | Published on
Actress Jung Yun-ha attracted major attention recently with a social media post where she confessed to having received a cancer diagnosis fifteen months ago. Shortly after, Jung Yun-ha had the cancer removed, but was warned she only had about a year left to live. Apparently, Jung Yun-ha has again received a similar diagnosis, and is now praying that the doctors will again tell her she has a year left to live.

Jung Yun-ha's motivation for publicizing this personal information is because the first experience weighs heavily on her mind now, and she doesn't want to suffer through the situation alone again. Jung Yun-ha was concerned that she might not be able to be positive about the diagnosis, or hide her emotions, and asked people to bear with her through these difficulties. She closed her message wishing good health and peace for others.
Jung Yun-ha has been active in South Korean entertainment since 2007, though the majority of her roles are unnamed. Jung Yun-ha had a major break recently appearing in "Exhuma" as the wife of a man whose family is suffering from an ominous curse. She has also been mentioned in connection with the Netflix series "The Trunk" which is expected to release some time this year.
