The news also brings more information regarding the drama's framing device, as Kim Bo-jung's character has been confirmed as alive in the present day and now working as the chief nurse at her hospital. Kim Bo-jung has appeared in named supporting roles in many dramas and films over the years, although she tends to be better known as a stage actress. This will be Kim Bo-jung's third role as a nurse, having previously taken on such roles in the dramas "Dr. Romantic" in 2016 and "Duel" in 2017.
This is also Kim Bo-jung's second confirmed role this year. Ironically, it will be the first to appear on screen. Though "Youth of May" will start on May 3rd Kim Bo-jung's previously confirmed drama "Now, We Are Breaking Up" does not yet have a scheduled release window.
