[HanCinema's News] Kim Ji-ho Returns With "HARD HIT"
By William Schwartz | Published on
The upcoming film "HARD HIT" will feature a comeback of sorts for actress Kim Ji-ho. Last seen in "Steel Rain" back in 2017, Kim Ji-ho will take on the role of Yeon-soo, a woman who has been confirmed to be the wife of the lead actor played by Jo Woo-jin. "HARD HIT" centers around his being forced via the threat of exploding car into running errands for an unknown villain, who may or may not be played by Ji Chang-wook.

The marketing has been deliberately vague about Ji Chang-wook's role in the movie, though he is only one of five listed cast members. Notably, the children of Jo Woo-jin and Kim Ji-ho's characters do not yet have confirmed actors, despite the synopsis implying that they would be the immediate fatalities in the event the car bomb explodes. The name of Ji Chang-wook's character, at least, has been confirmed- Jin-woo. "HARD HIT" will premiere in South Korean theaters on June 23rd.
