In the wake of its unexpected box office success, "Crazy Romance" has come under fire for the image presented in the main theatrical poster. Specifically, Kong Hyo-jin's legs are portrayed as being longer than those of the actual actress. Official representatices from "Crazy Romance" have insisted the image was not touched up.

A person involved with creating the shot in question has claimed that while the length of Kong Hyo-jin's legs was indeed a focal centerpiece of the poster, touching up was not performed to accomplish this. The person said that Kong Hyo-jin's legs were long to begin with, but also that the top-down visual design of the poster calls attention to her legs in a way that might not have otherwise been obvious.
Kong Hyo-jin is also appearing in the popular drama "When the Camellias Bloom". "Crazy Romance" is a nontraditional romantic comedy, that takes place in an office setting, that has already earned over 1.5 million box office admissions going into its second weekend.
