The purpose of the sale appears to have been to facilitate another purchase. For around twelve million dollars, Lee Da-hae purchased another building near Seongjeongneung Station. This one is seven stories, two basements and five above-ground floors. This building has 300.82 square meters of land area and 922.31 square meters of gross area and was constructed in 2020. Purportedly Lee Da-hae also owns two other pieces of property in the Nonhyeon district.
Lee Da-hae has appeared in such popular television dramas as "The Slave Hunters" is how she was able to purchase any real estate to begin with. Lee Da-hae recently married the singer Se7en after an eight year relationship. Her most recent television acting project was "The Good Witch" back in 2018 where she played a leading role. She has no confirmed upcoming screen projects.
