On March 31st, Lee Jong-suk made a post to his Instagram account acknowledging a large gift of flowers he had received, as well a subway advertisement that had been taken out in his honor. He likened the fragrance of the countless roses to the love that he feels from his fans. Commenters to the post also congratulated Lee Jong-suk for his twelve years of work.

While Lee Jong-suk has worked as a model since 2005, fans tend to define the true beginning of his career as March 31st 2010 due to this date marking the first airdate of "Prosecutor Princess" where Lee Jong-suk made his debut as an actor. The role, though small, was impactful enough to earn him a more significant one in "Secret Garden" the year afterward. Lee Jong-suk will next appear in "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" which is expected to premiere in South Korean theaters in June.
